I honestly can't rave enough about Sherry Anderson and how she made our home buying experience not only fun, but she made sure we left no stone unturned. My husband and I relocated from GA to CO, and only had 5 days in the Springs to house hunt. Sherry cleared her schedule and helped us find the best house to fit our needs and wants, a home with character and architecture, with no work needed, on a large private lot to accommodate our family of pets, at a price that fit our mid-range budget. Since we were unfamiliar with the neighborhoods we relied on her experience of the area heavily. She took our requests and her knowledge of the area to help steer us in the right direction. We had to go back to GA for the inspections and she helped arrange all of them, was present on our behalf and made sure any corrections were made. Sherry Anderson is simply amazing! We had never sold a home while we were still living in the home. I was very apprehensive about the situation. We actually had only sold one home, and that was 18 years ago. Sherry made us feel very comfortable from the beginning of the process. Together we determined a realistic selling price that we were very happy with. After that, Sherry arranged for a stager to come in and work with us.The professional photographer came in next. The brochures that Sherry put together were really beautiful! We only had 4 showings, two of those showings were to the same buyer. That party did end up purchasing our home. We had their offer nine days after we were listed! Two days later we had a contract. Sherry took care of everything, from scheduling the inspector and the surveyor to staying on top of the closing. She made the whole process so easy for us! I never had to call her to find out what was going on. She kept us informed of every step of the process. Sherry Anderson and her home staging professional and photographer prepared our home for showings. The brochures of our home were beautiful. Sherry would take the time to drive up to meet a potential buyer if that buyer wasn't being represented by another agent or if the buyer's agent could not show the home for some reason. She returned feedback on showings promptly. All in all, Sherry was wonderful.
